The Wall Street Historical Index has been fluctuating for the past four months as a result of current events on rates or international trade. “The idea of a recession or the end of the economic cycle had resurfaced in recent publications on ISMs (manufacturing and services), but the FED”'s accommodating intentions are encouraging investors to return to the market. Over the last monthly series, the Dow Jones fell by 1.5% but the “mano a mano ” between Apple and Microsoft increased. Both companies are performing positively in this benchmark period, placing them at the same level in terms of capitalization, each with $1065 billion. They also achieve the two brightest runs of 2019 among the components of the index, with 47% for the apple brand and 37% for the world's leading operating systems and software company. Technically, in daily data, prices navigate laterally in a broad trend identified by the upper bound at 27,360 points and the lower bound at 25,480 points. Within these two graphical references, neutrality dominates debate, as does the lack of directional orientation of moving averages.  It will be necessary to wait until the exit of this wide horizontal corridor for the implementation of a more assertive trend.
