Corporacion Cervesur SAA is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the acquisition, management and sale of real estate assets and shares issued by other entities. The Company is also involved in the provision of advisory services. In addition, through its subsidiaries, the Company also performs manufacture of textiles, food manufacturing and bulk transportation, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Alimentos Procesados SA, Servicios de Asesoria SA, Comercio, Servicios e Inversiones SA, Procesos Agroindustriales SA, Transaltisa SA, Servicios Aereos AQP SA, Compania Industrial Textil Credisa Trutex SAA and Futuro Inmobiliario Camacho SA, among others.
