CarMax : Opens Store in Warner Robins, Ga

Company announces $18,000 in contributions to local nonprofits

RICHMOND, Virginia (June 28, 2018) - CarMax, Inc. (NYSE: KMX), the nation's largest retailer of used cars, is now open for business in Warner Robins, Georgia, the company's 10^th store in the state. The Warner Robins store is located at 551 S. Houston Lake Rd., and has the capacity to stock approximately 180 used vehicles of nearly every make and model. CarMax customers can also request transfers of almost any vehicle to this store from other CarMax locations throughout the country.

In celebration of the Warner Robins store opening, CarMax and The CarMax Foundation are awarding $16,000 in donations and grants over the next two years to Middle Georgia Community Food Bank. Warner Robins CarMax associates also participated in food-packing events with the organization. Additionally, the team volunteered with Habitat for Humanity on the construction of a house, and CarMax contributed a $2,000 donation to the organization.
