Bayan Investment Holding Co KSCP is a Kuwait-based company engaged in investment and portfolio management activities as well as investment in real estate. The Company’s activities are divided into four segments which include Investment operations which is engaged in investing in securities, portfolios and funds; Asset Management and Advisory Services focused on investing and managing client portfolios and funds, corporate finance, investment advisory and research; Real estate segment focused in holding investment properties for capital appreciation and selling other properties; and Industrial segment which is engaged in production and manufacturing of ferrite and geese materials and selling them in the ordinary course of business. The Company offers statistics and information targeting the business community inside and outside of Kuwait. It also provides a detailed vision on the economic facts affecting the different investment decisions.
