THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF "U.S.$1,000,000,000 CERTIFICATE OF

DEPOSIT PROGRAMME" ISSUANCE BY PT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA

(PERSERO) TBK ACTING THROUGH ITS NEW YORK AGENCY

This Information Disclosure was issued in Jakarta on January 15, 2020

DESCRIPTION

On January 13, 2020, the Company acting through its New York Agency announced the issuance of its "U.S.$1,000,000,000 (one billion USD) Certificate of Deposit Programme", which is a USD- denominated scripless certificate of deposit ("CD") issuance program that can be issued multiple times under the program. The CD will be cleared through Euroclear and Clearstream. The Company acting through its New York Agency have appointed DBS as Arranger, and DBS, MUFG Securities, Mizuho Securities, BNP Paribas, UOB, HSBC & SMBC Nikko Securities as Programme Dealer, as well as Citibank as Issuing & Paying Agent.

PURPOSE

This CD Issuance Programme will have maturities up to 12 months and will be a clean-based issuance (uncollateralized), and the proceeds will be used for business expansion and debt refinancing.
