a.s.r. to hold virtual General Meeting of Shareholders

ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) has decided to offer the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), which is scheduled for Wednesday 20 May 2020, exclusively by electronic means. a.s.r. hereby follows the temporary legislation relating to COVID-19 that makes this possible.

Due to developments relating to COVID-19 (coronavirus), a.s.r. decides to shift to a virtual shareholders meeting only. This means that shareholders cannot physically attend the meeting. Shareholders can participate via a live webcast provided in both Dutch and English. This setup allows a.s.r. to protect the health and safety of all shareholders, as well as the participants of the AGM, as much as possible.

Shareholders can submit their vote prior to the meeting via (electronic) proxy. In addition, shareholders are offered the opportunity to ask questions about the items on the agenda in advance. For more information on this, we refer toour website.
