On February 27, 2020, Anaplan, Inc. (the "Company" or "Anaplan") issued a press
release reporting its financial results for the fiscal quarter and the full
fiscal year ended January 31, 2020. The press release is attached to this
Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
