The Company operates through three segments: AirBoss Defense Group, Rubber Solutions, and Engineered Products. Its AirBoss Defense Group segment includes the manufacturing and distribution of personal protection and safety products, primarily for CBRN-E threats, and the manufacture of semi-finished rubber related products. Its Rubber Solutions segment includes manufacturing and distribution of rubber compounds and distribution of rubber compounding related chemicals. Its Engineered Products manufacturing and distribution of anti-noise, vibration, and harshness dampening parts. The Company operates manufacturing facilities and sales offices in the United States and Canada, selling primarily in North American markets.
