Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed an agreement with Selvaag
Bolig to build 187 apartments in 14 buildings in the first part of a new
residential area at Landåsjordene centrally in Asker. The contract has an
overall value of around NOK 630 million excluding VAT. 

Landås Pluss is being built with sustainable solutions, including geothermal
technology, a common heat pump solution and waterborne, underfloor heating. The
187 apartments will be in fourteen buildings with subterranean parking, and a
separate services building with common areas including a meeting room, café,
kitchen, gym, etc. The project is a Selvaag Pluss project, which entails a high
standard and high quality materials and services. 

The contract has three building stages. Building stage 1 has started, and
according to plan, building stages 2 and 3 will be called off later in 2020,
depending on sales.

The project has already started, and expected handover is in the summer of 2022.
