Large scale customer deployment and contract update

Actual Experience plc (AIM: ACT), the Analytics-as-a-Service company, is pleased to announce the first full-scale deployment of its analytic software within a large enterprise customer of one of its four Channel Partners and, in addition, the original agreement with this Channel Partner is being extended to enable sales of Actual Experience's software through resellers.

Full-scale Deployment

The deployment is expected to generate in excess of £1million of revenue per annum for the Company and is anticipated to be a multi-year agreement.

A large enterprise, such as this, typically has hundreds of locations and its digital infrastructure is inherently complex. In this deployment, the enterprise customer is using the Company's Analytics-as-a-Service across its locations to provide insight into the performance of the digital applications that its staff use on a daily basis. The insight Actual Experience provides will enable the enterprise to optimise the performance of these applications, thereby improving staff productivity.

The length of time it takes for an enterprise to deploy at scale can vary, with this latest customer deploying at full scale from the outset, while others can take up to two years. The scale of this deployment supports the Board's belief that large enterprise customers have the potential to generate, on average, annual revenues of $500,000.

Reseller Agreement

In addition to the large-scale deployment, this Channel Partner has made the decision to extend its existing agreement with the Company to enable its sales team to resell Actual Experience products, which is likely to lead to increased revenue potential in the future.
