Tetra Tech, Inc. (NasdaqGS:TTEK) completed the acquisition of LS Technologies, LLC for approximately $130 million on February 22, 2024. The purchase price was comprised of $76 million in initial cash payments, $4 million of cash holdback related to a tax reserve, and $22 million for the estimated fair value of contingent earn-out obligations, with a maximum of $45 million, based upon the achievement of specified operating income targets in each of the three years following the acquisition date.
